Paga Nagari: The Journal of Islamic Philanthropy was established as an academic forum that focuses on the development of Islamic philanthropic knowledge and practice, especially in the field of zakat and waqf. This journal comes from the need for a scientific space that is able to integrate the theoretical, conceptual, policy, and practical dimensions of Islamic philanthropy in a national and global context.

This journal is published by CV Denisya Smart Consulting, an academic publisher and consultant who has business legality based on business license AHU 0068685-AH.01.14 of 2023. With this institutional support, this journal is designed to bridge academics, researchers, zakat and waqf practitioners, Islamic philanthropic institutions, and policymakers in producing and disseminating credible and applicable knowledge.

Through a rigorous peer-review process and the application of high ethical scientific publications, Paga Nagari strives to become an academic reference for the development of Islamic philanthropic theory and practice. In the future, this journal is committed to continuing to expand scientific networks, improve the quality of publications, and strengthen national and international collaboration in line with the dynamics of zakat, waqf, Islamic economy, digital technology, and the sustainable development agenda (SDGs).
